摘　　要：钢包长水口机械手在水口增重和改变开浇方式后,支撑轴多次发生断轴,针对该问题对长水口机械手进行了受力分析,进行了轴强度校验、油缸、轴承选型等设计。新设计的长水口机械手工作平稳无断轴现象,提高了换水口过程中生产操作的可靠性和稳定性。The supporting roller of mechanical arm for long nozzle of steel ladle breaks for many times,therefore,the force analysis of mechanical arm of long nozzle was done,shaft strength calibration,the design of selection of oil cylinder,bearing and so on were carried out.The new designed mechanical arm of long nozzle operates stable,no shaft broken was found,the reliability and stability of production operation of long nozzle was increased.
