摘 要:针对城镇污水处理厂减污降碳协同控制的新要求,根据《城镇污水处理厂污染物去除协同控制温室气体核算技术指南(试行)》,核算了巢湖流域某污水处理厂的污染物去除量及温室气体排放量,并提出了相应的减排管理对策。结果表明:通过实施曝气系统精确控制、内回流比优化、减少全流程跌水复氧、提升污水处理负荷率等措施,该污水处理厂取得了污染物去除协同温室气体减排的效果,COD和TN去除量分别从9561.10和1601.77t/a提高至11583.06和1864.85t/a,分别增长了21.15%和16.42%;处理单位污水产生的温室气体排放量从0.3574降低至0.3009kg[CO_(2eq)]/m^(3),降低了15.81%。In view of the new requirements of cooperative control of pollution reduction and carbon reduction in urban sewage treatment plants,the Technical guide for greenhouse gas accounting in the collaborative control of pollutant removal in uban sewage treatment plants(trial)was adopted,the quantity of pollutants removal and greenhouse gas emissions of urban sewage treatment plants in Chaohu Lake Basin were accounted,and the corresponding emission reduction management countermeasures were put forward.The results showed that,by implementing precise control of aeration system,encreasing internal return ratio,reducing water drop and re-oxygenation in the whole process,and encreasing sewage treatment load rate,the sewage treatment plant has achieved the effects of co-control of both pollutants removal and greenhouse gas emission,the annual removal amounts of COD and TN increased from 9561.10 and 1601.77 t to 11583.06 and 1864.85 t respectively,the increasing rate were 21.15%and 16.42%respectively,the greenhouse gas emission per unit of sewage treatment decreased by 15.81%,from 0.3574 to 0.3009 kg[CO2eq]/m^(3).
