产品链背景下支持3PL绿色转型的政府补贴策略研究

摘　　要：绿色供应链的发展不仅需要产品制造过程的绿色化,也需要产品包装、运输、仓储等物流环节的绿色转型。本文基于两种补贴政策构建了由绿色制造商、绿色3PL(第三方物流服务提供商)以及零售商组成的Stackelberg博弈模型。研究发现:(1)不同补贴政策的实施效果因对象而异,技术补贴更有助于提高物流绿色水平,价格补贴更有利于提升供应链各成员利润且满足一定条件时能实现物美价廉;(2)供应链成员能否取得极大利润受消费者偏好特征与绿色技术成本之间互动的影响;(3)消费者绿色偏好的增加不仅有利于提升绿色度和相应定价,也有助于提高供应链各成员的利润;绿色技术成本的降低也有相同效果。本文为绿色供应链的发展提供了更多思路和方向,也为政府补贴政策的实施提供了参考和依据。The development of green supply chain requires not only the greening of product manufacturing process,but also the green transformation of product packaging,transportation,warehousing and other logistics links.Based on the two subsidy policies,this paper constructs a Stackelberg game model composed of green manufacturers,green 3PLs(third-party logistics service providers)and retailers.The research finds that:(1)the implementation effects of different subsidy policies vary from object to object.Technology subsidies are more conducive to improving the green level of logistics,and price subsidies are more conducive to improving the profits of each member of the supply chain and achieving good quality and low price when meeting certain conditions.(2)Whether supply chain members can make great profits is affected by the interaction between consumer preferences and green technology costs.(3)The increase of consumers’green preference is not only conducive to improving the green degree and corresponding pricing,but also conducive to improving the profits of each member of the supply chain.The cost reduction of green technology has the same effect.This paper provides more ideas and directions for the development of green supply chain,and also provides reference and basis for the implementation of government subsidy policy.
