企业数字化转型的影响因素及其绩效研究进展

摘　　要：数字化转型已成为传统制造企业创新发展的必由之路.目前,企业数字化转型已积累起一定的文献基础,但缺少系统性的综述研究以提供全面认识.鉴于此,以“数字化转型”为关键词,系统梳理相关文献,在对数字化转型的内涵及其演化进行回顾的基础上,归纳了企业数字化转型的影响因素,分析了数字化转型对企业绩效的影响,以及其中的中介和调节机理,构建了企业数字化转型研究的整体框架,旨在厘清相关研究的脉络.最后,在现有研究基础上提出了未来研究展望.Digital transformation has become the main way for manufacturing enterprises to develop with high quality.At present,there is certain literature on the digital transformation of enterprises,but there is a lack of systematic review which could provide a comprehensive understanding.In this article,we use“digital transformation”as the keyword,summarize the relevant literature,review the connotation and evolution of digital transformation,and sum up the influencing factors of enterprise digital transformation.We also analyze the impact of digital transformation on enterprise performance,as well as the mediation and moderation mechanisms between them.A framework for digital transformation of enterprises is constructed to clarify the internal relationship,and the future research prospects are put forward.
