武警院校实战化教学体系构建探究

摘　　要：在武警院校全面贯彻新时代军事教育方针的背景下,构建科学合理的实战化教学体系,是培养高素质专业化新型军事人才的关键。围绕实战化教学,从设计教学培养目标、构建教学内容体系、灵活设计教学模式与方法、推行实战化教学考评、锻造实战化师资力量五个方面对武警院校实战化教学体系的构建进行阐述。Under the background of the armed police academies fully implementing the policy of military education in the new era,constructing a scientific and reasonable practical teaching system is the key to cultivate high-quality and specialized new military talents.Focusing on the actual combat teaching,the construction of the actual combat teaching system of the armed police academies is described from the aspects of the design of teaching training objectives,the construction of teaching content system,flexible designing of teaching mode and means,the implementation of actual combat teaching evaluation and forging actual combat teachers.
