摘 要:目的分析肺鳞癌与腺癌PET/MRI影像学特点,以提高对肺鳞癌与腺癌的鉴别诊断能力。方法收集行PET/MRI扫描的肺鳞癌或腺癌患者84例,其中肺鳞癌35例,腺癌49例,比较两组肺癌患者临床资料、PET/MRI影像及病灶代谢参数。结果肺腺癌与肺鳞癌组年龄、性别、位置、MRI信号、形态、分叶、毛刺、胸膜凹陷征、淋巴结及全身转移、胸腔积液比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而肿瘤最大截面面积、支气管截断征、阻塞性改变及PET代谢参数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PET/MRI影像对肺鳞癌和腺癌术前病理分型具有一定的价值。Objective To analyze the PET/MRI features of lung squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma,in order to improve the differential diagnosis between these two pathological subtypes.Methods PET/MRI scans were performed in 84 patients with lung cancer(35 squamous cell carcinoma and 49 adenocarcinoma).The clinical data,PET/MRI features and metabolic parameters of the lesions were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in age,sex,location,MR signal,shape,lobulation,burr,pleural indentation sign,lymphatic,distance metastasis,and pleural effusion between lung adenocarcinoma group and squamous cell carcinoma group(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in maximum cross-sectional area,bronchial truncation sign,obstructive changes,and PET metabolic parameters(P<0.05).Conclusion PET/MRI is valuable in the preoperative pathological classification of lung squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma.
