摘　　要：失眠是影响人体身心健康的生理心理性疾病,严重失眠可导致相关脑区的功能改变。静息态功能磁共振成像(rs-fMRI)技术是目前脑功能研究的主要手段,其常用的分析方法包括局部脑区数据分析法(局部一致性、低频振幅、比率低频振幅)和脑区之间静息态功能连接分析法(独立成分分析、种子点功能连接分析、向中心度分析、体素镜像同位分析、图论分析)。该文总结了rs-fMRI分析方法在失眠脑功能研究中的应用,以期为失眠脑功能的深入研究提供资料。Insomnia is a physiological and psychological disease that affects human physical and mental health.Severe insomnia can lead to functional changes of related brain regions.Resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging(rs-fMRI)technology is currently the main tool for the study of brain function,and its common analysis methods include regional data analysis(regional homogeneity,amplitude of low frequency fluctuation,fractional amplitude of low frequency fluctuation)and resting-state functional connectivity analysis between brain regions(independent component analysis,region of interest,degree centrality,voxel-mirrored homotopic connectivity,graph theory).This paper summarizes the studies of rs-fMRI analysis method on the brain function of insomnia,in order to provide information for the in-depth study on brain function of insomnia.
