摘  要:为探索长期贮存状态的发射装药老化程度对于跌落安全性的影响,对不同贮存年限下的装药进行力学性能与安全性试验,通过分析燃气发生器及发射装药的材料参数、跌落过程的力学响应及载荷工况等,构建含老化损伤函数的本构模型,运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对燃气发生器跌落过程进行有限元建模与数值仿真,得出燃气发生器及装药跌落相关参数的仿真云图,据此对比分析不同老化程度的装药应力、应变、位移和压力变化。性能试验与仿真结果的综合分析表明:发射装药老化与跌落安全性存在显著的相关性,随着贮存年限的增长,装药力学性能减弱、摩擦感度和撞击感度升高,使得装药遭受跌落冲击时发生药柱变形、破损及爆炸的概率增加,跌落安全性明显降低。To explore the effect of the aging degree of propellant charge on drop safety under a long-term storage condition, this paper tests the mechanical properties and safety for charges with different storage periods. Based on the analysis of material parameters, and mechanical response as well as load conditions in the dropping process of a gas generator and propellant charge, a constitutive model containing aging damage functions is implemented, and the simulation nephogram of the relevant dropping parameters of the gas generator and the charge is obtained by using the ANSYS/LS-DYNA software to carry out the finite element modeling and numerical simulation of the dropping process of the gas generator. As a result, loading stress, strain, displacement and pressure changes of the propellant charge at different aging degrees are comparatively analyzed. The comprehensive analysis of the performance test and simulation results shows that there is a significant correlation between the aging of the propellant charge and dropping safety. With an increase of the storage period, mechanical properties of the charge weaken, and friction sensitivity and impact sensitivity rise, which makes the probability of deformation, damage and explosion of the propellant charge under dropping impact increases. Therefore, the dropping safety reduces significantly.
