腹针联合星状神经节阻滞治疗急性期Bell面瘫的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察腹针联合星状神经节阻滞在Bell面瘫急性期的临床效果及评价。方法选取50例急性期Bell面瘫患者,随机分为观察组与对照组各25例。急性期第1~7日,对照组口服泼尼松、维生素B1、甲钴胺片治疗;观察组采用腹针联合星状神经节阻滞治疗。两组患者均于急性期后第8天开始体针治疗,分别对两组患者治疗前后的面神经功能、临床疗效、面瘫治愈时间等进行评定和比较。结果体针4个疗程后行面神经功能评分,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);第2、4疗程后临床痊愈率指标比较,观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05);面瘫治愈时间观察组少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹针联合星状神经节阻滞在Bell面瘫急性期的临床疗效确切,无不良反应及其他并发症。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and evaluation of abdominal acupuncture combined with stellate ganglion block(SGB)in the acute stage of bell facial paralysis.Methods:A total of 50 patients with acute Bell facial paralysis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 25 cases in each group.On the 1st to 7th day of acute phase,the control group was treated with prednisone,vitamin B1 and Mecobalamin tablets;the observation group was treated with abdominal acupuncture combined with SGB.The two groups began body acupuncture treatment in the 8th day after acute phase.The facial nerve function,clinical efficacy and the cure time of facial paralysis of the two groups were evaluated and compared before and after treatment.Results:The facial nerve function score of the observation group was better than that of the control group after 4 courses of body acupuncture(P<0.05);after the second and fourth courses of treatment,the clinical cure rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the cure time of facial paralysis in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Abdominal acupuncture combined with stellate ganglion block has a definite clinical effect in the acute stage of bell facial paralysis without adverse reactions and other complications.
