疏肝健脾方香苏和胃颗粒治疗急性胃炎(肝郁脾虚证)的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察疏肝健脾方香苏和胃颗粒联合西医治疗急性胃炎(肝郁脾虚证)的临床效果。方法将124例患者按随机数字表法分为对照组与联合组各62例,对照组给予西医常规治疗,联合组在对照组治疗基础上加用疏肝健脾方香苏和胃颗粒,观察两组疗效、中医症状积分、血清胃动素(MTL)、神经肽Y(NPY)、胃蛋白酶原I(PGI)水平。结果治疗1周后,联合组总有效率为95.16%,高于对照组的83.87%(P<0.05);治疗后两组中医症状积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),联合组积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后组两组MTL、NPY、PGI水平均上升,且联合组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后生活质量(QOL)评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),治疗后联合组评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论疏肝健脾方香苏和胃颗粒辅助西医治疗可有效缓解患者临床症状,同时升高MTL、NPY、PGI水平,促进胃功能恢复,提高生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shugan Jianpi Fang Xiangsu Hewei Granules assisted by western medicine in the treatment of acute gastritis(syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency).Methods:A total of 124 patients were divided into the control group and combined group according to random table method,62 cases in each group.The control group was given western medicine treatment,the combination group was treated with the Shugan Jianpi Fang Xiangsu Hewei Granules on the basis of the control group.The curative effect,TCM symptom score,serum MTL,NPY and PGI levels of the two groups were observed.Results:After 1 week of treatment,the total effective rate(95.16%)of the combined group was higher than that of the control group(83.87%)(P<0.05);the TCM symptom scores of the two groups were both lower than before treatment(P>0.05),and the scores of the combined group were significantly lower than those of the control group after treatment group(P<0.05);the MTL,NPY,PGI levels of the two group increased after treatment,and the combined group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The QOL scores of both groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of the combined group after treatment were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shugan Jianpi Fang Xiangsu Hewei Granules assisted by western medicine can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,and at the same time increase the levels of MTL,NPY and PGI,and promote the recovery of gastric function and quality of life.
