摘 要:针对当前蓄电池充放电控制方法过于复杂、难以协调各类参数、导致控制效果无法达到预期要求的问题,基于改进PSO-LSSVM算法提出了一种新的蓄电池充放电非线性控制方法.针对非线性参数进行调节,建立非线性动态模型,分析运行过程中蓄电池信号平稳状态,确定控制参数,修改修正参数,控制收敛速度,建立蓄电池充放电非线性控制模型,利用改进PSO-LSSVM调节粒子空间,改变收缩指数,确定关键因子,分析容量效率,根据分析结果得到改进粒子群算法的最佳参数组合,通过数据预处理和归一化处理测得最佳参数数据,根据参数测量结果实现非线性控制.实验结果表明,在正常状态下,本文控制方法与传统控制方法都具有较好的控制效果,但是在蓄电池出现正常波动、蓄电池出现故障和大量负荷投入状态下,本文的控制方法能够通过协调控制参数,提高控制效果,控制功率基本能够维持在0.8×104 W左右,荷电状态与标准值基本一致,能够很好地减少外界冲击伤害,确保蓄电池运行过程的稳定性.Aiming at the problem that the current control method of battery charge and discharge is too complicated to coordinate various parameters,resulting in the control effect cannot meet the expected requirements,a new non-linear control method of battery charge and discharge based on the improved PSO-LSSVM algorithm is proposed.The nonlinear dynamic model is established by adjusting the nonlinear parameters.The nonlinear control model of battery charge and discharge is established by analyzing the steady state of the battery signal during operation,determining the control parameters,modifying the correction parameters,controlling the convergence speed.The improved PSO-LSSVM is used to adjust the particle space,change the shrinkage index,determine the key factors,and analyze the capacity efficiency.The optimal parameter combination of the improved particle swarm algorithm is obtained according to the analysis results.The optimal parameter data is measured through data preprocessing and normalization,and the nonlinear control is realized according to the parameter measurement results.The experimental results show that under normal conditions,the control method in this paper and the traditional control method have good control effects.However,when the battery has normal fluctuations or the battery fails and a large number of loads input,the control method in this paper can improve the control effect by coordinating the control parameters.The control power can basically be maintained at about 0.8×104 W,and the state of charge is basically consistent with the standard value,which can well reduce the external impact damage and ensure the stability of the battery operation process.
