摘  要:通过分析汽车覆盖件模具结构面数控加工中存在的制约因素,探讨了基于Visual Basic.net语言对PowerMILL编程软件进行二次开发,结合企业加工工艺和模具结构特点,开发了模具结构面U型槽、凸台面、镶件安装面、背托、导板面、键槽和特征孔等智能化编程系统,可实现智能化设置各个刀具路径的加工刀具、加工余量、公差、转速、进给等切削参数,并自动命名程序名称、生成NC程序清单,简化了编程操作步骤。实践证明:编程系统的开发可以有效提高数控编程效率,减少人为因素造成的质量事故。By analyzing the restriction factors in NC machining of the die structural surface of body cover panel,the secondary development of PowerMILL programming software based on Visual Basic.net language was discussed.Based on the characteristics of enterprise machining process and die structure,an intelligent programming system such as U-shape groove,convex surface,insert mounting surface,backrest,guide plate surface,keyway and characteristic hole of die structure surface was developed,which could realize the intelligent setting of machining tool,machining allowance,tolerance,speed,feed and other cutting parameters of each tool path,and the program name was automatically named,the NC program list was generated and the programming procedures was simplified.The practice had proved that the development of programming system could effectively improve the efficiency of NC programming and reduce the quality accidents caused by human factors.
