摘 要:以“岗课赛证”综合育人为引领,着眼全国职业技能竞赛模具数字化设计与制造工艺赛项,把竞赛的标准、模式、资源、内容与企业工作岗位、与行业职业能力标准、与专业人才培养体系进行融合,重组知识模块,开发了以“赛→岗→证→课”为轴线的5门主干和7门专业核心课程,利用第一课堂、第二课堂的形式,分别采用四步教学法、任务驱动教学法和项目教学法完成教学的实施,并且评价主体多元化、方式灵活多变、过程与结果评价相结合,采用学分置换的形式,激发了广大师生的积极性、参与度和学习热情。Taking the comprehensive education of“post-course competition certificate”as the guidance,focusing on the digital die&mould design and manufacturing process competition of the National Vocational Skills Competition,the standards,modes,resources and contents of the competition were integrated with the enterprise jobs,with the standards of industrial vocational ability and with the professional talent training system,and the knowledge modules were reorganized.It had developed five main courses and seven core courses based on the axis of“competition post certificate course”,the form of the first classroom and the second classroom were used to complete the teaching implementation by adopting the four-step teaching method,the task-driven teaching method and the project teaching method,and the evaluation subject was diversified,the evaluation method was flexible and changeable,and the process and result evaluation were combined.the students’initiative,participation and learning enthusiasm were stimulated by adopting the form of credit replacement.
