摘　　要：目的观察ADM修复膜对Frey综合征的预防和治疗效果。方法回顾性分析总结本院近年收治的15例腮腺手术患者应用ADM膜预防和治疗Frey综合征的临床效果。结果14例预防性应用ADM膜的腮腺手术患者,术后3月~4年未均发Frey综合征;1例Frey综合征患者经本法治疗后,4年未复发。结论ADM修复膜预防及治疗Frey综合征的临床效果良好,值得临床推广使用。Objective To sum up the clinical effects of acellular dermal matrix(ADM)membrane on prevention and treatment of Frey’s syndrome applied during parotidectomy.Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out among 15 cases with parotic lesions with ADM membrane used in their treatment during recent years in our hospital,with preventive use for Frey’s syndrome from occurring during parotidectomy among 14 cases and treating use for this kind of syndrome in one case with the condition having been induced by parotic tumor before.Then,careful analysis was made to sum up its therapeutic effects on such a condition.Results As found during the following up period,all 14 cases received preventive use of ADM membrane during the operation did not develop Frey’s syndrome after 3 months to 4 following the surgery,and the one case with the use of ADM membrane to treat the developed Frey’s syndrome having been induced by parotic tumor before was seen with no reoccurrence of the disorder 4 years postoperatively.Conclusion ADM membrane can be effectively used to prevent Frey’s syndrome from occurring during parotidectomy and to treat such a lesion for cases with this kind of syndrome induced by parotic tumor before.Therefore,it was worthy of putting into wider range of clinical application.
