摘 要:运用多元概化理论探讨学习投入量表(UWES-S)在学生群体中的测量学属性。采用方便抽样,在贵阳几所学校随机抽取900名学生参与UWES-S量表的调查。结果显示:UWES-S各因子之间的相关系数大都高于0.8;总量表的概化系数和可靠性指数均高于0.95;活力、奉献和专注3个因子在理论贡献和实际贡献上相差均在2%以内。因此,UWES-S的整体信度和效度较好,能有效地评价学生学习投入水平,可应用于常模参照测验以及标准参照测验,但各因子分量在比例方面不尽完善。今后的UWES-S修订工作可以考虑对三因子的条目质量加以改进,以提高其测量学性能,为学习投入的测量与相关方面的教育政策制定和教学方案的开发提供参考。Using the multivariate generalizability theory,this paper discusses the measurement attribute of Utrecht Work Engagement Scale-student(UWSE-S)in middle school students.Using the convenient sampling method,a total of 900 middle school students were selected to participate in the survey.The results show that the correlation coefficients between UWSE-S factors are mostly higher than 0.8;The generalization coefficient and reliability index of the total table are higher than 0.95;The difference between theoretical and practical contributions of the three factors of vitality,dedication and focus is within 2%.Therefore,UWSE-S has good overall reliability and validity,and can effectively evaluate the learning engagement level of middle school students.Also,It can be used in norm reference tests and standard reference tests,but the proportion of each factor component is not perfect.Future revisions of UWES-S may consider improving the quality of the three-factor entry to improve its measurement performance,to provide references for the measurement of learning inputs and related aspects of educational policy-making and the development of teaching programs.
