从《伤寒论》六经理论辨治2型糖尿病合并抑郁症思路

摘　　要：2型糖尿病合并抑郁症不但具有慢性内分泌代谢疾病的复杂特点,还兼有抑郁症情绪低落以及多种情绪障碍,累及多个脏腑、组织、器官、经络,给社会、家庭、患者带来了沉重的负担和痛苦,严重影响患者的生活质量。六经辨证理论是《伤寒论》核心的辨证辨病理论,采用六经辨证体系辨治2型糖尿病合并抑郁症,以六经辨证为依据立法指导2型糖尿病合并抑郁症的诊疗及用药,进一步拓展六经辨证理论在2型糖尿病合并抑郁症临床治疗中的实际应用,具有重要意义。Type 2 diabetes combined with depression not only has the complex characteristics of chronic endocrine metabolic diseases,but also depressed mood and multiple mood disorders,involving multiple internal organs,tissues,organs and meridians,which brings heavy burden and pain to the society,families and patients,and seriously affects the quality of life of patients.The syndrome differentiation of six channels is the core theory of identification and diagnosis in Treatise on cold Pathogenic Diseases,and it can be used to identify and treat type 2 diabetes combined with depression.The syndrome differentiation of six channels can be used as a basis to guide the treatment and medication of type 2diabetes combined with depression,thus further expanding the practical application of syndrome differentiation of six channels in the clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes combined with depression.
