摘  要:为了给既有铁路路基下沉加固施工提供一些参考,以一个既有铁路路基下沉加固施工项目为例,介绍了既有铁路路基下沉加固施工难点,分析了既有铁路路基下沉加固施工技术流程与要点。得出:既有铁路路基下沉加固的施工难点为天窗时间短、排水不畅、道床厚度大等,需要利用斜向高压旋喷注浆技术,经过桩位放样、钻机就位、地面试喷、钻孔、制浆、旋喷、冲洗等几个环节,快速施工,有效加固既有铁路下沉病害路段路基。In order to provide some reference for the settlement and reinforcement construction of existing railway subgrade,taking an existing railway subgrade settlement and reinforcement construction project as an example,this paper introduces the difficulties in the settlement and reinforcement construction of existing railway subgrade,and analyzes the technical process and key points of the settlement and reinforcement construction of existing railway subgrade.It is concluded that the construction difficulties of the settlement and reinforcement of the existing railway subgrade are short skylight time,poor drainage,large thickness of the track bed,etc.It is necessary to use the oblique high-pressure rotary jet grouting technology to quickly construct and effectively strengthen the subgrade of the existing railway subsidence and disease section through several links such as pile setting out,drilling rig positioning,ground spraying,drilling,slurry preparation,rotary jet grouting,washing,etc.
