优化营商环境目标驱动的企业健康管理档案建设与服务探讨

摘　　要：国务院颁布《优化营商环境条例》以来,各省、市争相以打造一流营商环境为目标,相继出台加大招商引资、亲商惠商、为商便商的具体落实举措。本文在此背景下,以医疗机构在服务大中型企业健康管理的实践中,通过数据统计,对建立企业健康管理档案的重要意义、目前现状进行客观分析,并对加强企业健康管理档案建设与利用提出建议,通过发挥健康管理档案作用,为企业主体更好地提升经营质效、维护员工健康权益提供新思路。Since the promulgation of Regulations on Optimizing Business Environment in the State Council,all provinces and cities have been competing for the goal of creating a first-class business environment,and have successively introduced specific implementation measures of increasing investment attraction,benefiting business and facilitating business for business.Under this background,based on the practice of medical institutions’responsibility in serving the health management of large and medium-sized enterprises,through data statistics,this paper objectively analyzes the significance and current situation of establishing enterprise health records,and puts forward the suggestion of popularizing the application of enterprise health records,which provides an important reference for enterprises to better improve management quality and efficiency and safeguard employees’health rights and interests.
