摘　　要：高校档案馆的发展是高等院校长久发展不可或缺的一部分。近几年,高校档案馆主要保管学校的教学、科研、行政、基建、审计等各部门的档案资料,档案馆归档种类的复杂多样性决定了档案馆信息化发展的必要性和紧迫性。高校信息化建设也有力助推了档案信息化建设水平,各大高校档案馆纷纷开展了从传统档案馆到数字档案馆的建设工作。郑州轻工业大学是高校最早通过国家数字档案室验收的高等院校,具有一定的档案信息化基础和优势。智慧校园的建设基础使传统档案馆逐步走上了数字档案室,解决了传统档案馆查档效率低等问题,新事物的兴起也必然迎来新的问题以及更大的建设挑战,数字档案室的建设瓶颈也逐渐凸显。为更好的服务学校和师生校友,高校智慧档案馆(室)建设逐渐成为高校档案馆建设的新思路。文章以郑州轻工业大学为例,分析数字档案室建设现状和问题,力求找到解决现有建设问题以及切合学校档案馆长久发展的新方向。The development of college archives is an indispensable part of the long-term development of colleges and universities.In recent years,university archives have mainly kept the archives of teaching,scientific research,administration,infrastructure,auditing and other departments of the university.The complex diversity of archival types in archives determines the necessity and urgency of the development of archival informatization.The informatization construction of colleges and universities has also strongly boosted the level of archives informatization construction.Major college archives have carried out the construction work from traditional archives to digital archives.Zhengzhou University of Light Industry is the first institution of higher learning to receive the recognition of the National Digital Archives Office,and has a certain foundation and advantages of archives informatization.The foundation of the construction of the smart campus makes the traditional archives gradually embark on the digital archives,which solves the problems of low efficiency of the traditional archives,but the arising of new things will inevitably usher in new problems and greater construction challenges.The bottleneck of the digital archives construction has gradually become prominent.In order to better serve the school and teachers,students and alumni,the construction of university smart archives(or rooms)has gradually become a new idea for the construction of university archives.Taking Zhengzhou University of Light Industry as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the construction of digital archives,and strives to find a new direction to solve the existing construction problems and meet the long-term development of the school archives.
