摘　　要：高校干部人事档案管理对落实党的政策方针、建设高校人才队伍具有重要价值,因而本文首先阐明了新时代高校干部人事档案管理工作的重要作用,在此基础上探究专项审核视角下,高校干部人事档案管理存在的问题,最后从强化档案意识、提升干部人事档案内容质量、落实干部人事档案管理工作、建设档案管理人才队伍、推进干部人事档案信息化建设五方面构建了高校进一步提升干部人事档案管理效能的路径。The management of cadre personnel archives in colleges and universities is of great value to the implementation of the Party’s policies and guidelines and the construction of talents.Therefore,this paper firstly expounds the important role of cadre personnel archives management in colleges and universities in the new era.Then,on this basis,it explores the problems from the perspective of special auditing.Finally,the paper constructs the path to further improve the management efficiency of cadre personnel archives from five aspects:strengthening the awareness of archives,improving the content quality,implementing the management work,building the personnel team of archive management and promoting the information construction.
