新斜视钩下穹窿结膜小切口斜视手术对水平斜视患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的探究新斜视钩下穹窿结膜小切口斜视手术对水平斜视患者眼球运动、视力的影响。方法选取本院于2019年10月~2021年10月收治的行新斜视钩下穹窿结膜小切口斜视手术的患者49例(98眼)。术后随访6月,观察患者疗效、眼球运动及视力情况、结膜切口、并发症发生情况。结果术后治疗有效率为93.88%(46/49);术后眼球运动自由48例(69眼)占97.96%,术前术后视力无变化;行结膜切口19例(38.78%);并发症:术后出现3例(6眼),发生率6.12%,包括结膜息肉2例(4眼)、结膜囊肿1例(2眼)。结论采用新斜视钩下穹窿结膜小切口斜视手术治疗水平斜视患者可显著提升疗效,降低并发症发生率,保证患者预后,可应用于临床。Objective To investigate the effect of strabismus surgery with a new squint hook and small fornical conjunctiva incision on eye movement and vision of patients with horizontal strabismus.Methods A total of 49 patients(98 eyes)who underwent strabismus surgery with a new squint hook and small fornical conjunctiva incision in the hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the research subjects.All patients were followed up for 6 months to observe the curative effect,eye movement,vision,conjunctival incision,and the incidence of complications.Results The effective rate of surgery was 93.88%(46/49).After surgery,48 patients(69 eyes)could move their eyes freely,accounting for 97.96%.No significant change in vision was observed before and after surgery.There were 19(38.78%)patients with conjunctival incision.3 patients(6 eyes)developed complications after surgery,with an incidence of 6.12%.Among them,there were 2 patients(4 eyes)with conjunctival polypus and 1 patient(2 eyes)with conjunctival cyst.Conclusion Strabismus surgery with a new squint hook and small fornical conjunctiva incision can significantly improve the therapeutic effect on horizontal strabismus,reduce the incidence of complications,and ensure the prognosis.It can be applied in clinical practice.
