摘 要:现代奥运会自诞生以来就天然存在有利于民族国家形象的国际传播价值。北京冬奥会的国际传播与当下的数字化传播的耦合关系形成因素有很多,媒介技术的革新影响着传播环境的变革,国家形象的塑造与媒介有着天然的连接。跨文化传播思维的运用、搭建多语种国际传播服务平台、制作多样态的冬奥融媒体内容产品、打造外宣媒体海外社交媒体传播矩阵等国际传播实践都激发着海外网友刷屏“朋友圈”,使得他国民众与我国实现同频共振,共同见证中国是人类命运共同体的倡导者、建设者和维护者。Since its inception,the modern Olympic Games have had a val-ue naturally of international communication in favor of the image of the nation-state.There are many factors that shape the coupling between the international communication of the Beijing Winter Olympics and the current digital communica-tion.The innovation of media technology influences the change of communication environment and gives a natural connection between media and national image building.The international communication practices such as the use of cross-cul-tural communication thinking,construction of a multilingual international com-munication service platform,production of multi-dimensional Winter Olympics integrated media content products,construction of Overseas Social Media Com-munication Matrix for Outreach Media and so on inspired overseas netizen to up-date their“circle of friends”.So that the people of other countries and China can achieve the same frequency resonance,and jointly witness that China is the initiator,builder and defender of a community with a shared future for mankind.
