摘 要:目的探讨以问题为中心的教学模式(problem-based learning,PBL)联合案例教学模式(case based learning,CBL)在药事管理学课程中的应用效果。方法选取2020年9月—2021年7月菏泽医学专科学校46名药学专业学生作为研究组,2019年9月—2020年7月菏泽医学专科学校46名药学专业学生作为对照组。对照组学生接受常规药事管理学课程教学,研究组采用PBL联合CBL教学模式进行药事管理学课程教学。针对两组药事管理学课程考试成绩及教学满意度调查结果进行比较。结果研究组药事管理学课程考试成绩的优良率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组教学满意度调查结果中授课形式、自学能力、分析及处理问题能力、学习兴趣、团队合作意识、表达与总结能力、文献查找能力、专业知识应用能力评分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL联合CBL教学模式在药事管理学课程教学中具有显著的效果。Objective To explore the effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with case based learning(CBL)in the pharmacy management course.Methods 46 pharmacy students from Heze Medical College from September 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the study group.46 pharmacy students from September 2019 to July 2020 at Heze Medical College were selected as the control group.Students in the control group received regular pharmacy management course teaching,and the study group used PBL combined with CBL teaching model for pharmacy management course teaching.The test scores and satisfaction results of the pharmacy management course were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent rate of the examination results of the course of pharmaceutical administration in the study group is higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the teaching satisfaction survey results,the teaching form,self-learning ability,ability to analyze and deal with problems,learning interest,teamwork consciousness,expression and summary ability,literature searching ability and professional knowledge application ability of the study group were all higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The PBL combined with CBL teaching models have significant effects in teaching pharmacy management courses.
