摘　　要：以国家卫生健康委科技教育司网站医学科研诚信专栏中2021年通报的13个批次《部分机构医学科研诚信案件调查处理结果》的310起科研失信查处案件为研究对象,从责任主体、违反学术规范、处理措施3个方面分析科研失信案件的特点规律,从个人、政府、医疗机构、社会4个角度探讨分析医疗领域科研失信行为的发生原因,从而针对4个方面如何加强医学领域的科研诚信治理提出相应策略,呼吁共同营造风清气正的科研生态环境。The 310 cases of scientific research breach of trust investigation and punishment from 13 batches of"Investigation and processing results of medical research integrity cases in some institutions"notified in 2021 on the website of the Department of Science and Technology Education of the National Health and Health Commission were used as the research object.Analyzed the characteristics and patterns of scientific research breach of trust cases from three aspects:responsible subjects,violation of academic norms,and treatment measures,and discussed and analyzed the causes of scientific research breach of trust in the medical field from four perspectives:individuals,government,medical institutions,and society,so as to propose corresponding strategies for how to strengthen the governance of scientific research integrity in the medical field from four aspects,and call for the joint creation of a clean and healthy scientific research ecological environment.
