摘　　要：肺功能检查对呼吸系统疾病的诊断、严重程度的评估、治疗效果以及预后评估均具有重要的临床价值,在多个医学领域广泛应用,如呼吸内科、外科、儿科、麻醉科、潜水及航天医学等。医务人员要提高自身医疗水平,进修学习就是重要方法之一。本文分享了在较短时间内如何针对进修人员进行高效教学的心得,通过理论与实践相结合,让肺功能进修人员熟悉掌握肺功能知识与操作,同时也对教学及现状进行反思。Pulmonary function tests have important clinical value for the diagnosis,severity assessment,treatment effect and prognosis evaluation of respiratory diseases,and are widely used in several medical fields such as respiratory medicine,surgery,pediatrics,anesthesiology,diving and aerospace medicine.One of the most important ways for medical professionals to improve their medical skills is to pursue further studies.In this paper,we share our insights on how to teach pulmonary function trainees efficiently in a relatively short period of time,so that they can be familiar with the knowledge and operation of pulmonary function through a combination of theory and practice,and also reflect on the teaching and current situation.
