摘　　要：马拉色菌是人类皮肤正常菌群的之一,同时也是一种条件致病菌,与多种皮肤病相关,不仅直接引起花斑糠疹、马拉色菌毛囊炎,同时也是头皮脂溢性皮炎、异位性皮炎、银屑病和痤疮等疾病的重要致病因子。近年来关于马拉色菌引起深部感染的报道不断增多,更增加了该菌在临床上的重要性。本文对马拉色菌菌种、基因、药物敏感性及其脂肪酶活性研究进行综述。Malassezia is one of the normal flora of human skin,and it is also an opportunistic pathogen associated with a variety of skin diseases.It not only directly causes pityriasis versicolor and Malassezia folliculitis,but also is an important pathogenic factor of seborrheic dermatitis,atopic dermatitis,psoriasis and acne.In recent years,reports on deep infection caused by Malassezia have been increasing,which has increased the clinical importance of Malassezia.In this paper,the species,genes,drug sensitivity and lipase activity of Malassezia were reviewed.
