基 金:茶多酚生产废液中茶黄素(TFs)的提取工艺研究项目(KJ2018A0791)。
摘 要:研究某些外界因素对茶黄素(TF)水溶液稳定性的影响,为了解茶黄素的稳定性提供参考依据。选用茶黄素(TF)标准品(含量99.636%),采用HPLC法测定茶黄素在不同条件下的吸收峰面积(响应值mAU),通过各条件下吸收峰面积变化值来判断茶黄素的稳定性。结果表明,茶黄素水溶液在50℃以上30 min分解明显;在酸中比较稳定,当pH值>8以上时吸收峰面积下降明显;在有Fe^(3+)存在下不稳定,加入Fe^(3+)时吸收峰面积下降明显;在温度(10~20℃)放置有缓慢分解,低功率日光灯(20 W)照射基本不影响,加入稳定液能提高茶黄素水溶液的稳定性。茶黄素水溶液不稳定,温度、碱性、Fe^(3+)会明显影响茶黄素的稳定性,10~20℃下有缓慢分解、低功率日光灯照射不影响,稳定液中放置1周较为稳定。To study the influence of some external factors on the stability of theaflavins(TF)solution,and to provide reference for the stability of theaflavins.Theaflavins standard substance(content 99.636%)was selected.The absorption peak area(mAU)of theaflavins under different conditions was determined by HPLC.The stability of theaflavins was judged by the variation of absorption peak area under different conditions.The results showed that the solution of theaflavins was decomposed at 50℃for half an hour.It was relatively stable in acid,but the absorption peak area decreased when pH>8.It was unstable in the presence of Fe^(3+),and the absorption peak area decreased significantly when Fe^(3+)was added.The stability of theaflavins aqueous solution could be improved by adding stabilizing solution.Conclusion In general,the aflavins solution was unstable.Temperature,solution pH,and presence of Fe^(3+)affected the stability of theaflavins.At 10~20℃,theaflavins decomposed slowly.Theaflavins remained stable for a week under low power fluorescent lamp irradiation or with stability solution.
