摘 要:目的研究医院实习生的职业认同现状以及职业认同感的影响因素。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,抽取某市三甲医院361名实习生,对其一般资料、职业认同现状进行问卷调查。采用单因素方差分析和多元线性回归分析探究其职业认同感。结果目前医院实习生的职业认同感处于较高水平,医院实习生的社会说服、社会比较与自我反思水平较高,但职业自我概念水平不容乐观;多元线性回归分析结果显示,学历、专业、志愿选择、户籍所在地是影响医院实习生职业认同的重要因素(P<0.05)。结论目前医院实习生的职业认同水平处于中等偏上水平,但仍有提升空间,学校和医院应高度重视医院实习生职业认同现状并主动开展职业认同心理干预和教育活动,使医院实习生未来以积极心态从事医疗卫生事业。Objective To study the current situation of hospital interns'professional identity and its influencing factors.Methods By stratified cluster sampling,361 interns were selected from a grade III-A hospital in a city,and their general information and professional identity status were investigated by questionnaire.Single factor analysis of variance and multiple linear regression analysis were used to explore the occupational identity of the included population.Results Generally speaking,the occupational identity of hospital interns is at a high level.The social persuasion,social comparison and self-reflection of hospital interns are at a high level,but the level of occupational self-concept is not optimistic.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that education background,major,voluntary choice and registered residence were the important factors affecting the professional identity of hospital interns(P<0.05).Conclusion At present,the level of hospital interns'professional identity is above the middle level,but there is still room for improvement.Schools and hospitals should attach great importance to the status quo of hospital interns'professional identity and take the initiative to carry out psychological intervention and education activities of professional identity,so that hospital interns can engage in medical and health undertakings with a positive attitude in the future.
