健肝乐颗粒联合保肝药物治疗抗精神病药物所致肝损伤的疗效及对生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探究与分析健肝乐颗粒联合保肝药物治疗抗精神病药物所致肝损伤的疗效及对生活质量的影响。方法采取随机数字表法对阜新市精神病防治院阜蒙县分院自2020年3月-2022年1月收治的抗精神病药物所致肝损伤患者110例进行分组,每组各55例,两组患者均给予常规注射谷胱甘肽行保肝治疗,观察组在其基础上加用健肝乐颗粒治疗,连续治疗4周,对比两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后肝功能、血清细胞因子及氧化应激指标、卡式功能状态量表(KPS)评分以及治疗期间不良反应。结果观察组的临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后与对照组治疗后相比AST、ALT及TBiL较低,SOD较高、MDA较低、TNF-α较低、IL-6较低,KPS评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论健肝乐颗粒联合保肝药物治疗抗精神病药物所致肝损伤的临床效果显著,可促进调节患者的肝功能指标、血清细胞因子以及氧化应激指标,从而进一步提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore and analyze the efficacy of Jianganle granule combined with liverprotecting drugs in the treatment of liver injury caused by antipsychotic drugs and its impact on quality of life.Methods A random number table method was used to divide 110 patients with liver injury caused by antipsychotic drugs admitted in Fumeng county branch of Fuxin psychiatric hospital from March 2020 to January 2022,with 55 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine injection of glutathione.The observation group was treated with Jianganle granules on the basis of the peptide for liver protection.The two groups were treated for 4 week continuously.The clinical efficacy,liver function,serum cytokines and oxidative stress indicators,card-type functional status scale(KPS)score,and adverse reactions during treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group after treatment,the observation group had lower AST,ALT and TBiL,higher SOD,lower MDA,lower TNF-α,lower IL-6,and higher KPS score,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Jianganle granules combined with hepatoprotective drugs have significant clinical effects in the treatment of liver injury caused by antipsychotic drugs,which can promote the regulation of liver function indexes,serum cytokines and oxidative stress indexes in patients,thereby further improving the quality of life of patients.
