不同材料牙根诱导成形治疗儿童恒牙牙髓坏死的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的分析Vitapex糊剂和氢氧化钙牙根诱导成形治疗儿童恒牙牙髓坏死的临床效果。方法选取本院于2018年1月-2020年1月收治的72例(患牙86颗)牙髓坏死患儿,于本院行牙根诱导成形术治疗,随机数字表法分为观察组(Vitapex糊剂,43颗)和对照组(氢氧化钙糊剂,43颗),随访2年,比较两组患儿X线片总有效率及疼痛发生率。结果治疗6个月后,观察组X线片总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗12个月后,观察组X线片总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗24个月后,观察组X线片总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿EIP发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于儿童恒牙牙髓坏死后行牙根诱导成形治疗,采用Vitapex糊剂可提高患牙长期疗效,并有效减轻患儿疼痛。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Vitapex paste and calcium hydroxide root induction in the treatment of pulp necrosis of permanent teeth in children.Methods 72 children(86 affected teeth)with pulp necrosis who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and treated with root induction plastic surgery in our hospital.They were randomly divided into the observation group(Vitapex paste,43 teeth)and the control group(calcium hydroxide paste,43 teeth)by numerical table method.They were followed up for 2 years to compare the total efficiency of X-ray films and the incidence of pain in the two groups.Results After 6 months of treatment,the total effective rate of X-ray film in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);after 12 months of treatment,the total effective rate of X-ray film in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);after 24 months of treatment,the total effective rate of X-ray film in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of EIP in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitapex paste can improve the long-term curative effect of children's permanent teeth after pulp necrosis and effectively relieve their pain.
