清热解毒药在“以痈论治”消化性溃疡中现代临床应用

摘　　要：近年来我国消化系统疾病患者逐年增多,其中消化性溃疡为临床上常见疾病之一。周学文教授认为“胃毒热证”为其基本证候,“以痈论治”为其基本治则。清热解毒药物因其具有显著疗效而作为治疗消化性溃疡的常用药物,该文主要通过讨论“毒热”与消化性溃疡之间的关系、古代医家对于使用清热解毒药物治疗消化性溃疡的经验以及清热解毒药物治疗消化性溃疡的理论依据,从根本上提出两者之间的关联,为日后消化性溃疡的临床治疗提出理论性参考。In recent years,the number of patients with digestive system diseases in China has increased year by year,among which peptic ulcer is one of the common diseases in clinic. Professor ZHOU Xuewen believes that“stomach toxin heat syndrome”is the basic syndrome and“carbuncle treatment”is the basic treatment principle. In recent years,antipyretic and detoxifying drugs are commonly used in the treatment of peptic ulcer. Because of their remarkable curative effect,they are used to treat digestive related diseases.This paper mainly discusses the relationship between“toxic heat”and peptic ulcer,the experience of ancient doctors in the treatment of peptic ulcer with antipyretic and detoxifying drugs,and the theoretical basis of antipyretic and detoxifying drugs in the treatment of peptic ulcer,it provides a theoretical reference for the clinical treatment of peptic ulcer in the future.
