摘　　要：近年来,社交媒体和电商平台发展迅速,人们越来越愿意通过网络表达自己的态度,形成了海量的用户评论数据,快速、准确地从中提取用户对评价对象的不同方面的情感表达对企业改进产品、用户选择产品、舆情监控等具有重要意义。方面级情感分析(ABSA)是一种细粒度的文本情感分析,可以更加全面和准确地挖掘用户对实体的不同方面的观点,已经成为自然语言处理领域的研究热点之一。首先介绍了ABSA的相关概念、关键技术问题,其次归纳总结了近来方面抽取和情感分析的主流技术和相关语料库,最后对ABSA未来可能的研究方向进行了展望。Social media and e-commerce platforms have developed rapidly,more and more people are willing to express their attitudes on the Internet,forming a massive amount of user review data.It is of great significance for users to select products,enterprises to improve products,and public opinion monitoring to extract different aspects of user emotional expression from the evaluation objects quickly and accurately.Aspect-based Sentiment Analysis(ABSA)is a fine-grained sentiment analysis,which can more comprehensively and accurately mine user views on different aspects of entities,has become one of the research hotspots in the field of natural language processing.Firstly,related concepts and key technologies of ABSA were introduced.Secondly,mainstream technologies of aspect extraction and sentiment analysis and corpora were summarized.Finally,the future research of ABSA was prospected.
