国际创业机会构建过程及演化研究——基于TTF和金鹏的双案例纵向对比分析

摘　　要：面对资源和时间的双重压力,国际创业企业如何构建国际创业机会成为学界与业界亟需解决的议题。本文立足机会构建视角,选择两家典型的国际创业企业作为案例研究对象。研究发现,国际创业机会构建过程及演化包括:(1)创业情境历经场域边界化、场域边界弱化与场域共边界初显循环及场域共边界三个阶段,国际创业机会构建方式也从融合性学习、同化性学习与适应性学习循环向差异性学习演化;(2)不同的国际创业机会构建的潜在机会主导属性不同,使机会集内创造型机会数量逐渐上升,国际创业机会属性由发现型机会向以创造型机会为主导演化,国际创业行为也由复制式转变为以探索式为主导;(3)国际创业机会属性的演化使国际创业机会构建程序从“识别—评估—利用”向以“概念化—客观化—实施”为主导演化。进一步分析得出,发现型机会与创造型机会可依托机会集进行转化,从而使企业在国际创业过程中表现出延续性与创新性。本研究深化了国际创业机会的相关研究,拓展了机会构建的适用情境和边界,对国际创业企业的持续发展具有启发和指导意义。As the international marketplace is increasingly becoming a synergistic community with the influx of localised firms and start-ups, the issue of how to construct international entrepreneurial opportunities in the development of international entrepreneurial enterprises has become a pressing issue for academics and industry.Based on the perspective of opportunity construction, two typical international entrepreneurial enterprises were selected as the case studies. The study found that the constructive process and evolution of international entrepreneurial opportunities include:(1) The entrepreneurial context evolves through three stages of field boundaryization, field boundary weakening and field co-boundary priming cycles, and field co-boundaryization, and the way international entrepreneurial opportunities are constructed evolves from convergent, assimilative and adaptive learning cycles to differentiated learning;(2) the potential opportunities constructed by different international entrepreneurial opportunity construction approaches have different dominant attributes, so that the number of creation opportunities gradually increases in opportunity set, the attributes of international entrepreneurial opportunities evolve from discovery to creation-oriented opportunities, and international entrepreneurial behavior also changes from replication to exploration-oriented;(3) The evolution of the attributes of international entrepreneurial opportunities makes the process of constructing international entrepreneurial opportunities change from “identification – assessment-utilization” to “conceptualization – objectification-implementation” as the leading evolution. Further analysis shows that discovery opportunities and creation opportunities can rely on the opportunity set to transform, so that international entrepreneurial enterprises show continuity and innovation in the international entrepreneurship.
