工匠文化:理解现代职业素养的一个维度

摘  要:职业素养教育概念的诞生反映学界对职业教育培养目标调整修正的过程。尽管其更加凸显职教中“人”的价值,但还是偏于注重作为工具理性的“职场人”。前工业文明时代,中国古代悠久的手工业历史积淀出关于工匠文化的本土表达。工匠的精神信仰、教育模式、哲学认知等等为我们理解现代职业素养提供了思想资源。借鉴历史资源,充分结合现代学校和媒介构建职业文化是职业素养教育的一条向上之路。中国传统的教育强调以文化人,为思考提升职业素养教育境界提供了一个维度。The creation of the concept Vocational Literacy Education reflects the process of adjustment and revision of vocational education training objectives. Although it highlights the value of "People" in vocational education, it focuses more on "Working People " for instrumental rationality. In the pre-industrial civilization era, the long history of handicraft industry in ancient China has accumulated the local expression of artisan culture. Craftsman’s spiritual belief, educational mode, philosophical cognition and so on provide ideological resources for us to understand modern professional quality. Constructing vocational culture by drawing lessons from history and fully combining modern schools and media showing an upward path going to Vocational Literacy Education.Traditional Chinese education emphasizes cultivating people by culture, which provides a dimension for thinking and improving the realm of vocational literacy education.
