摘　　要：将思想政治德育元素融入专业课程的持续建设与迭代,已成为我国高校实现立德树人终极培养目标的关键一环。辅导员作为高校公认的育人先锋和学生终身的良师益友,具有对学生实现校内全阶段思政培育和校外职业生涯发展调研反馈的优势。研究辅导员协同专业教师开展课程思政建设的良性迭代机制,将促使专业课育人过程加速趋近人才成长规律和思想政治教育规律,为“三全育人”等教育理念确实落地探索崭新途径。Integrating the elements of ideological,political and moral education into the continuous construction and iteration of specialized curriculum has become a key link for colleges and universities in China to achieve the ultimate training goal of building morality and cultivating people.As a recognized education pioneer in colleges and universities and a lifelong mentor for students,counselors have the advantage of giving feedback to students’ideological and political cultivation in the whole stage and career development outside the school.Studying the benign iterative mechanism of counselors assist professional teachers to carry out curriculum ideological and political construction will accelerate the process of specialized curriculum education towards the law of talent growth and the law of ideological and political education,and explore new ways for the implementation of educational concepts such as"three-wide education".
