姜连汤加减治疗幽门螺旋菌感染阳性胃溃疡的疗效及对患者血清胃泌素-17、C反应蛋白、细胞白介素-6水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨姜连汤加减治疗幽门螺旋菌(Hp)感染阳性胃溃疡的疗效及对患者血清胃泌素-17 (G-17)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、细胞白介素-6 (IL-6)的影响。方法:选取2019年1—12月天津市蓟州区人民医院中医科收治的120例胃溃疡患者作为研究对象,采用数字奇偶数法分为对照组(奇数)和观察组(偶数),每组各60例。对照组给予常规三联疗法治疗,观察组在对照组用药基础上给予姜连汤加减治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后G-17、CRP、IL-6变化,Hp根除率及临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组患者血清G-17、CRP、IL-6比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.521、0.383、1.481,P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者G-17均升高,CRP、IL-6均降低,差异有统计学意义(t=4.461、7.207、4.954,P<0.05);观察组总有效率(95.00%),Hp根除率(90.00%)均明显高于对照组(83.33%,75.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.227、4.675,P<0.05)。结论:姜连汤加减治疗可显著改善Hp感染性胃溃疡患者的临床症状,促进G-17分泌,降低炎症反应程度,临床疗效满意。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Jianglian decoction with addition and subtraction in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection positive gastric ulcer and the effect on serum gastrin-17(G-17), C-reactive protein(CRP) and cytosolic interleukin-6(IL-6) of patients.Methods:One hundred and twenty patients with gastric ulcer admitted to the hospital from January to December 2019 were selected for the study, and were divided into a control group(odd number) and an observation group(even number) by the numerical odd-even method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional triple therapy treatment, and the observation group was given Jianglian decoction with addition and subtraction on the basis of the medicine used in the control group. The changes of G-17, CRP, IL-6, Hp eradication rate and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in serum G-17, CRP and IL-6 between the two groups(t=0.521, 0.383, 1.481, P>0.05). After treatment, G-17 increased and CRP and IL-6 decreased in both groups, with statistically significant differences(t=4.461, 7.207, 4.954, P<0.05). The total effective rate(95.00%) and Hp eradication rate(90.00%) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(83.33%, 75.00%), and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.227, 4.675, P<0.05).Conclusion:Treatment with Jianglian decoction with addition and subtraction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, promote G-17 secretion and reduce the degree of inflammatory response in patients with Hp-infected gastric ulcer with satisfactory clinical efficacy.
