摘　　要：目的 探讨脑电生物反馈在抑郁症治疗中的应用效果及其对睡眠和生活质量的影响。方法 选取2022年1—9月临沂市精神卫生中心收治的60例抑郁症患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予脑电生物反馈治疗。比较两组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)及生活质量评分。结果 治疗后,观察组HAMD、PSQI评分为(7.19±1.36)和(9.54±3.26)分,均低于对照组的(11.29±2.54)和(13.25±2.64)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组生活质量评分为(65.15±6.46)分,高于对照组的(53.37±5.82)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 脑电生物反馈在抑郁症治疗中应用价值较高,可以改善患者抑郁症状,有助于提高生活质量及睡眠质量,可加快康复速度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of EEG biofeedback in the treatment of depression and its influence on sleep and quality of life. Methods From January to September 2022,60 patients with depression treated in Linyi Mental Health Center were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with EEG biofeedback on the basis of the control group.The Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD)score, Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the scores of HAMD and PSQI in the observation group were(7.19 ±1.36)and(9.54 ±3.26)proints,which were lower than(11.29 ±2.54) and(13.25 ±2.64) points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the score of quality of life in the observation group was(64.15±6.46)points,which was higher than(53.37±5.82)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion EEG biofeedback had high application value in the treatment of depression,which could improve the depressive symptoms of patients,it was helpful to improve their quality of life and sleep quality,could speed up their rehabilitation,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
