摘　　要：党的二十大胜利召开标志着我国将开启全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程,这既为我国儿童青少年体育健康促进提供了方向指引,同时也赋予新征程我国儿童青少年体育健康促进的新使命和新挑战。新征程上,我国儿童青少年体育健康促进的社会基础相对薄弱、评价体系尚不完善,距离现代化建设人才需求仍存在一定差距,在干预、评价、监测等方面还需要进一步加强和完善。基于对党的二十大精神的学习与思考,提出新征程上我国儿童青少年体育健康促进发展的新路径:(1)实施科教兴国战略,强化我国学校体育的时代使命与责任担当;(2)创新智慧化教学共同体,深入推进体育与健康课程育人方式变革;(3)打造动态追踪管理平台,实现体育与健康行为数字化精准监测;(4)强化评价的教育功能,完善儿童青少年体育健康促进综合评价机制;(5)落实中国式现代化,深入推进中国特色儿童青少年体育健康促进行动。以此为契机,统一思想、凝聚共识,以中国式现代化推进我国儿童青少年体育健康促进的全面深入发展,为全球儿童青少年体育健康促进提供中国智慧、中国方案和中国力量。The successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)marks the new journey of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way.It not only provides direction for the promotion of physical health of children and adolescents in China,but also gives new missions and new challenges to the promotion of physical health of children and adolescents in China on the new journey.On the new journey,the social foundation for the promotion of children’s and adolescents’physical health in China is relatively weak,and the evaluation system is relatively insufficient.There exist still a certain gap between the needs of talents in the modernization construction,and the intervention,evaluation,monitoring and other aspects need to be further strengthened and improved.Based on the study and thinking of the spirit of the report of the“20th National Congress of CPC”,the research puts forward a new path for the healthy development of children and adolescents’physical health promotion in China on the new journey:(1)Implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education,and strengthen the era mission and responsibility of school physical education in China;(2)Innovate the intelligent teaching community,and further promote the reform of education methods of physical education and health courses;(3)Build a dynamic tracking management platform to realize digital and accurate monitoring of sports and health behaviors;(4)Strengthen the educational function of evaluation,and improve the comprehensive physical health promotion evaluation mechanism for children and adolescents;(5)Implement Chinese path to modernization and deepen the promotion of physical health for children and adolescents with Chinese characteristics.Taking this as an opportunity,we should unify our thoughts,gather consensus,promote the comprehensive and in-depth development of children and adolescents’physical health promotion in China with Chinese path to modernization,and provide Chinese wisdo
