TBX2在局部宫颈鳞癌患者中的表达与新辅助化疗疗效的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨NACT疗效的影响因素。方法回顾性收集46例术前行NACT治疗的子宫颈鳞状细胞癌患者临床资料,采用免疫组化法检测患者癌组织TBX2表达水平,分析其与NACT疗效的关系。结果46例患者中,NACT有效的25例患者中,TBX2高表达9例,低表达16例;NACT无效的21例患者中,TBX2高表达17例,低表达4例。两组比较有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.39,P=0.002)。结论TBX2的表达水平是影响NACT有效性的因素。Objective To explore the influencing factors of neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NACT).Methods The clinical data of 46 patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma treated with NACT were retrospectively collected.The expressions of TBX2 in tumor tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry,and the correlation between TBX2 expressions and NACT was analyzed.Results Among the 25 cases with effective results after NACT,9 cases had high TBX2 expressions and 16 cases had low TBX2 expressions.Among the 21 cases with no effective results,17 cases had high TBX2 expressions and 4 cases had low TBX2expressions.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.39,P=0.002).Conclusion The expression level of TBX2 is a factor affecting the efficacy of NACT.
