摘　　要：目的探讨孤独症儿童母亲在照顾患儿过程中的希望体验,为制订孤独症儿童母亲心理干预及教育培训方案提供参考。方法基于Synder希望理论设计访谈提纲,于2020年6月至12月通过目的抽样法选取福建省某三级甲等专科医院儿童心理科的15名孤独症儿童母亲进行面对面半结构化访谈,借助Nvivo11软件整理访谈资料,采用归纳性内容分析法提炼主题。结果共提炼4个主题:希望的含义、实现希望的动力、实现希望的阻碍因素、保持希望的重要意义。结论在孤独症儿童的照顾过程中,保持希望对患儿母亲具有重要意义,医护人员可从情感支持、信息支持、语言鼓励、内在信念引导等强化患儿母亲保持希望的动力,从经济、医疗资源支持、家庭干预技能培训、家庭支持、提供获取专业信息渠道等方面丰富患儿母亲实现希望的途径。Objective To investigate the hope experience of mothers of autistic children and to provide references for mental intervention and training to the mothers.Methods An interview was outlined on the basis of Synder hope theory.Then semi-structured interviews based on the outline were conducted with 15 mothers of autistic children recruited in a tertiary hospital of Fujian province by purposive sampling method,during June 2020 and December 2021.The acquired data were treated with Nvivo11 and the themes were extracted by inductive content analysis.Result Four themes were extracted including the connotation of hope,the motivators of and obstacles to meeting hope,and the significance of meeting hope.Conclusions Keeping a hope is critically important for mothers caring for their autistic children.Medical staff can help the mothers of autistic children to meet their hopes by providing them with emotional support,information support,verbal encouragement and inner belief guidance.Meanwhile they can have the mothers realise multiple approaches in meeting their hopes from the aspects of resources for financial and medical supports,training of family intervention skills,family support and access to professional information.
