善用地方红色资源构建“大思政”育人新格局

摘　　要：红色资源对高校思想政治教育具有重要作用,具有强大的育人功能。善用地方红色资源构建“大思政”育人新格局,要发挥红色遗址的载体功能,红色人物的标识功能,红色精神的内核功能,红色基因的底色功能。积极探索地方红色资源与“大思政”的契合点,构建全方位、立体化的红色文化育人体系:聚焦党建引领,统筹“大思政”格局;聚焦人才培养,实现课堂教学三结合;聚焦教学科研,激发内驱动力源。从而为地方高校实现特色化发展和创新突破提供新的思路。Red resources play an important role in ideological and political education in colleges and universities. To make good use of local red resources to construct a new pattern of "Great Ideological and political" education, we should play the carrier function of red ruins, the identification function of red figures, the core function of red spirit and the background function of red genes. Actively explore the meeting point of local red resources and "Great Ideological and political", build an all-round, three-dimensional system of red culture education: focusing on the guidance of Party construction and coordinating the pattern of "big thinking and politics";Focus on talent training and realize the combination of classroom teaching;Focus on teaching and research to stimulate the internal driving force. Thus it provides new ideas for local universities to realize characteristic development and innovation breakthrough.
