摘 要:为了实现汽油在发动机上的压缩燃烧,在一台4缸四冲程压燃式发动机上使用不同掺混比的聚甲氧基二甲醚(PODE_(3-4))-汽油混合燃料,探究了在不同负荷下的燃烧和排放特性。结果表明:在小负荷工况(0.13,0.38 MPa)下,掺混PODE_(3-4)使缸内燃烧压力和放热率升高;在大负荷工况(0.88,1.13 MPa)下,放热率随掺混比增加逐渐降低;对于排放特性,随着负荷的增加,NO_(x)和Soot排放逐渐升高,当负荷大于0.38 MPa时,CO和HC排放均保持在较低水平;随着掺混比的增加,Soot、CO、HC、苯和甲醛等污染物排放呈现出降低的态势,而NO_(x)排放变化不大。Experimental study was conducted on a four-cylinder four-stroke compression ignition engine,different blending ratios of polymethoxydimethyl ether(PODE_(3-4))/gasoline blends were used to realize the compression combustion of gasoline on engine,and the combustion and emission characteristics were explored under different loads.The results show that mixing PODE_(3-4)increases the in-cylinder pressure and heat release rate under small load conditions of 0.13 MPa and 0.38 MPa.The heat release rate decreases gradually with the increase of the blending ratio under high load conditions of 0.88 MPa and 1.13 MPa.For the emission characteristics,NO_(x) and soot emissions gradually increase with the increase of load and both CO and HC emissions remain at a low level beyond 0.38 MPa.In addition,the emissions of soot,CO,HC,benzene and formaldehyde show a downward trend,but the NO_(x) emission was little affected with the increase of the blending ratio.
