摘　　要：Eucaryotic cells spatially organize their molecules to form various organelles by compartmentalization, thereby performing fundamental biological process. While some of those organelles are delimited by lipid membranes, others are membrane-less. Biomolecular condensates are widely existed as membrane-less cellular compartments in eukaryotic cells, which are usually formed by phase separation.
