摘 要:在起重船吊装海洋平台组块时,若组块运动过大,会引起它和平台的剧烈碰撞。论文建立了起重船-组块耦合刚体运动模型,基于推力分配的模糊PID控制算法和遗传算法开发了动力定位控制系统,提出了耦合运动模拟算法,并开发了相应的程序。对HYSY201动力定位深水铺管起重船在不规则波浪中吊装组块作业时的运动进行预报,得到起重船和组块运动、吊缆动张力、推进器推力以及推进器角度等结果。Strong motions of a topside lifted up on to the offshore platform by a crane vessel in seas will result in severe collisions between the topside and the platform. A coupled motion model for the crane vessel and the topside is established. Thrust distribution in the dynamic positioning control system is developed by using fuzzy PID control algorithm and the genetic algorithm. The code is developed for predicting coupled motion of the dynamic positioning crane vessel and the topside in irregular waves. Numerical simulation in waves is carried out for the deep-water pipe-laying crane vessel HYSY201 in lifting operation. Coupled motions of the crane vessel and the topside, dynamic tension of the hoisting cable, thruster forces and thruster angles are obtained.
