摘  要:依托福州地铁项目,采用盾构粉细砂渣料等质量取代河砂制备同步注浆材料,研究了水胶比、胶砂比、膨水比及粉灰比对注浆材料性能的影响。结果表明:随粉细砂取代率的增大,同步注浆材料性能逐渐劣化;对粉细砂同步注浆材料稠度的影响顺序为:水胶比>胶砂比>粉灰比>膨水比、对抗压强度的影响顺序为:水胶比>胶砂比>膨水比>粉灰比;当水胶比为0.75、胶砂比为0.6、膨水比为0.18、粉灰比为3时,其初始及1 h稠度分别为124、115 mm,初始及1 h流动度分别为235、225 mm,泌水率为2.0%,3、28 d抗压强度分别为0.9、2.9 MPa,满足现场施工需求。Relying on the Fuzhou Metro Project,synchronous grouting materials were prepared by quality ratio replacement of river sand with shield silt fine sand slag. The influence rules of water-to-mortar ratio,mortar-to-sand ratio,swelling water ratio and fly ash-to-cement ratio on the properties of grouting materials were analyzed. The results show that with the increase of fine sand con-tent,the properties of synchronous grouting materials gradually deteriorate. The main and secondary factors influencing the consistency and compressive strength of the fine sand synchronous grouting material are:water-to-mortar ratio>mortar-to-sand ratio> fly ash-to-cement ratio >swelling water ratio,water-to-mortar ratio>mortar-to-sand ratio> swelling water ratio >fly ash-to-cement ratio,respectively.When the water-to-mortar ratio is 0.75,the mortar-to-sand ratio is 0.6,the swelling water ratio is 0.18,and the fly ash-to-cement ratio is 3,the consistency and 1 h consistency retention values reach 124 mm and 115 mm,respectively,the initial fluidity and 1 h fluidity retention values are 235 mm and 225 mm,the water bleeding rate is 2.0%,and the compressive strength of 3 d and 28 d reaches 0.9 MPa and 2.9 MPa,respectively,meeting the needs of on-site construction.
