摘　　要：给出硫酸提浓装置工艺流程。介绍装置主要设备及管道。针对装置运行中出现的问题,提出相应解决措施。该工艺可以实现氯干燥副产硫酸的全循环回用。装置使用4年来,运行稳定、操作简单、经济效益显著。为2套16万Va离子膜法烧碱装置配套使用后,每年可节约生产成本200万元。The process flow of sulfuric acid concentration unit is given.The main equipment and pipelines used in the unit are introduced.In view of the problems in operation,corresponding solutions are proposed.This process can realize the full recycling of sulfuric acid produced in chlorine drying process.The unit has serviced for 4 years,with stable operation,simple operation and significant economic benefits.The unit supports two sets of 160000 t/a ion-exchange membrane caustic soda units,can save 2 million yuan of production cost annually.
