摘　　要：实施动态监测是确保世界一流大学高质量建设与发展的保障,指数的方法为世界一流大学动态监测与预警的开展提供了思路。文章采用监测指数的研究方法,选取了32所首期世界一流大学建设高校,以10项指标编制了世界一流大学动态监测指数,并利用3σ方法进行预警分析。通过监测与预警的实施,力求为政府决策提供参考,为教育发展提供定位,为社会问责提供回应。The implementation of dynamic monitoring is the guarantee to ensure the high-quality construction and development of world-class universities.The index method provides ideas for the development of dynamic monitoring and early warning.This study adopts the research method of monitoring index,32 universities selected for the first phase construction of world-class universities,and 10 indicators are used to form the index,and the 3 method is used to carry out the early warning analysis.It provides reference for government decision-making,orientation for education development,and response for social accountability.
