摘 要:根据N-羟甲基免烫整理剂的反应基团含有氮元素,利用凯氏定氮法测定敏化织物储存期间的结合氮含量变化,推测整理剂与棉纤维的反应程度并预测其反应动力学,评价常温储存条件下敏化织物的储存稳定性。结果表明,常温下储存30天内,敏化织物反应程度的预测值与实测值的误差小于5.0%。本方法可用于评价N-羟甲基免烫整理剂敏化织物的储存稳定性。According to the nitrogen element contained in the reaction group of N-hydroxymethyl non-scalding finishing agent,the change of bound nitrogen content during the storage of sensitized fabrics is determined by Kjeldahl determination method,the degree of reaction between the finishing agent and cotton fibers was speculated and the reaction kinetics were predicted,and the storage stability of sensitized fabrics under normal temperature storage conditions is evaluated.The results show that within 30 days of storage at room temperature,the error between the predicted value of the reaction degree of the sensitized fabric and the measured value was less than 5.0%.This method can be used to evaluate the storage stability of N-hydroxymethyl post-curing finishing agent-sensitized fabrics.
