从中医“纳气归元”探讨高压氧修复机体损伤的疗效机制

摘　　要：高压氧治疗通过减少氧化应激、促进细胞再生能力而具有较好的修复损伤机体作用。从中医学角度分析,高压氧的功能与清气、谷气、宗气、元气密切相关,可助肺之吐故纳新以排浊气、助脾之运化水谷以充谷气、助心之行血以运宗气、助肾之纳气以续元气。高压氧通过助肺、脾、肾三脏的气化功能,使血中之氧气运行全身,滋养五脏六腑,从而提升机体生命活力以修复机体损伤。从中医学“纳气归元”角度阐释高压氧治疗的作用,可拓宽高压氧的临床应用,为高压氧治疗慢性疾病提供新思路。Hyperbaric oxygen therapy has the actions of repairing the body injury through reducing oxidative stress and promoting cell regeneration. From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine theory, the actions of hyperbaric oxygen therapy have close relation with clear qi, food essence qi, pectoral qi and original qi.Hyperbaric oxygen therapy helps lung to exhale the old and inhale the new for expelling the turbid qi,benefits for the spleen in the transportation of food for nourishing food essence qi,helps the heart to activing blood circulation for the movement of pectoral qi,and benefits for kidney to intake qi for replenishing original qi. By promoting the qi movement of lung, spleen and kidney, hyperbaric oxygen therapy circulates the blood oxygen throughout the body, nourishes the zang-fu organs, and then enhances the body activities for repairing the body injury. The exploration of therapeutic mechanism of hyperbaric oxygen therapy from the perspective of“inhaling qi back to its source”in the field of traditional Chinese medicine will expand the clinical application of hyperbaric oxygen,and will provide new idea for the clinical application of hyperbaric oxygen in treating chronic diseases.
