高校后勤管理绩效评估与提升对策

摘　　要：高校是大学生群体的聚集区,承担着培养人才和维护在校大学生人身安全的责任。后勤管理部门在保证校内生活功能区运转中发挥着关键作用。合理的后勤管理绩效评估能够及时发现问题,为进一步优化工作提供参考。采取抽样问卷调查的方式,为某高校后勤管理部门制定一套绩效评估指标体系,并运用熵权—模糊综合评价模型对其进行评估。结果显示,该高校后勤管理绩效等级处于良好水平。应从制度建立、定期培训和信息化建设等路径着手,进一步提升高校的后勤管理水平。College is the accumulation area of college students, and it takes the responsibility of training talents and maintaining personnel safety of college students. Logistics management departments play the key role in guaranteeing the operation of campus life functional zone. Through rational logistics management performance evaluation, we can find problems timely, to provide reference for further optimization. The study adopts sampling questionnaire survey, formulates a set of performance evaluation index system for a college logistics management department, and evaluates the system with entropy weight-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. The results show that college logistics management performance is good. It is necessary to start from system establishment, regular intervals and information construction, etc. to further improve college logistics management.
